Overview

The resolution template maker allows you to create your own resolution template. You can merge the data stored in the database with your custom content by using the correct syntax.

CAUTION

1. Our resolution template maker does not allow you to copy and paste your own resolution layout into the editor because it follows a standard set of layout. If you need to craft your own resolution layout and standard content for Resolution Template Maker, you can go to Resolution Style at Setting.
2. If you need to customize a list of names or a repetitive set of information, follow the Multiple Data Selection Guide at New Content modal.

4. Pursuant to
   Citation of the appropriate section of the Companies Act 2016 and if necessary, include the section in the Company Constitution if available in line with the following Content
