How to Cancel Subscription in Officio?

You can only access this page if you have Owner role

  1. Click on your name at the header.
  2. You will see a dropdown list; Profile, Subscription, Log Out.
  3. Click at Subscription.
  4. You will see button Unsubscribe. Click it.

Once you unsubscribe, you will not be able to login to your account. Please make sure you have downloaded all the necessary documents or information pertaining to your clients from Officio.

Officio will remove and destroy the information/documents related to your account within 7 working days from our user.
