Member's Resolution for Share Allotment

  1. Go to relevant Entity
  2. Next go to Shares > Transaction
  3. You will see a list of transactions. At each row has Generate button.
  4. Click the dropdown list of Generate button.
  5. Choose Share Allotment Member's Circulation Resolution.
  6. The resolution will be generated and it is saved in Minute Book. The resolution is saved in Word document format.
  7. You can click at the pop up modal 'View Minute Book Now' to view the generated resolution.
