Maybank - Directors' Written Resolution for Online Banking Services

  1. Go to Entity > People.
  2. Select relevant Director or Manager. Make sure this person is designated for Banking signatories and has been identified for the role Checker or Maker.
  3. Click Generate button. A pop up modal will appear.
  4. Type Maybank in the keyword search field at the modal. Select the relevant Maybank document.
  5. Click Generate button in the modal.
  6. The resolution will be generated and saved in the Minute Book section.
  7. You can download the resolution from the Minute Book section.
