Director's Circular Resolution for Share Allotment

  1. Go to relevant Entity
  2. Next go to Shares > Transaction
  3. You will see a list of transactions. At each row has Generate button.
  4. Click the dropdown list of Generate button at relevant Share allotment transaction.
  5. Choose Share Allotment Director's Written Resolution.
  6. The resolution will be generated and it is saved in Minute Book. The resolution is saved in Word document format.
  7. You can click at the pop up modal 'View Minute Book Now' to view the generated resolution.
