Alliance Bank - Resolution for Subscription of Cash Management & Electronic Banking Service
- Go to Entity > General > Agent & Address
- Click Generate
- Search 'Alliance Bank' in Generate model.
- Select the Alliance Bank - Certified Extract of Board Resolution for Subscription of Cash Management & Electronic Banking Services
- Enter Passed Date for the passing of Resolution to subscribe Cash Management & Electronic Banking Services.
- Then select either Alliance Bizmart Inquiry Module or Alliance Bizmart Transactional Module. You can also select both of these options.
- The resolution will be generated and it is saved in Minute Book. The resolution is generated in Word format.
- You can download and review the resolution document from Minute Book.
