Alliance Bank - Director's Resolution for Cash Management
- Go to Entity > General > Agent & Address
- Click Generate
- Search 'Alliance Bank' in Generate model.
- Select the Alliance Bank - Cash Management Board Resolution
- Enter Passed Date for the passing of Resolution to subscribe Cash Management.
- Then select the Secretary and Bank for this Resolution.
- The resolution will be generated and it is saved in Minute Book. The resolution is generated in Word format.
- You can download and review the resolution document from Minute Book.
