Section 236 - Declaration by Person before Appointment as Secretary

  1. Go to Entity > Principal.
  2. Select the Secretary.
  3. Click Generate button.
  4. Type keyword 'Declaration Secretary' in the search field. You will see resolution 'Section 236 - Declaration by Person before Appointment as Secretary' appears.
  5. Select that resolution.
  6. Click Generate button.
  7. The form will be generated and saved in the Document section.
