Section 105 - Shares Transfer Form

  1. Go to relevant Entity
  2. Next go to Shares > Transaction
  3. You will see a list of transactions. At each row has Generate button.
  4. Click the dropdown list of Generate button at relevant Share transfer transaction.
  5. Choose Form of Transfer of Securities - Form 105
  6. The form will be generated and it is saved in Document. The resolution is saved in Word document format.
  7. You can click at the pop up modal 'View Document Now' to view the generated resolution.
