How to record Dividend Distribution?

Follow these simple steps;

  1. Go to the Entity > Shares > Dividend Voucher
  2. Click on New Voucher button.
  3. It will pop up a modal for Insolvency Test (to calculate the Solvency Ratio). You can choose to skip this.
  4. Fill the rest of the information required for the Dividend distribution record. Then click Create button to finalise this.
  5. You can create Voucher for the Distribution and also generate the Distribution list from the same page.
