Entity's name can only be changed by the user with Owner role without needing to go through Section 28 at Relevant Form sections in Entity.
As a user with Owner role, you should be able to see the Edit button at the Entity's Overview. Click Edit to change the entity's name.
If you are not an Owner role, you wont be able to view this Edit button. Instead, you need to use the Relevant Form > Change Company Name - Section 28.
This will trigger the generation of the S28 Form and requires you to enter the Special Resolution Date etc.
