Under Section 60 in the Companies Act now presents with 6 notices. You can generate one of these 6 notices by following these simple steps;

1. Go to any Entity you want to produce the BO notice.
2. Go to Beneficial Ownership Record. Click on the BO record that has status Incomplete.
3. It will then show you the page with Legal Owner, Document and E-reply tabs.
4. Go to Legal Owner tab to select the Beneficial Ownership that you want to generate the Notice. Understand that the notice for individual is not the same as the notice for Body Corporate.
5. Once selected, click on Generate button. It will show the Document modal which list all the available notice.
6. Select the notice that is applicable to the Beneficial Owner you selected prior to this modal.
7. Finally, click Generate button at the bottom of the modal. It should generate the Notice accordingly. The notice is saved in Document tab.

Send Notice via Officio

Go to Document tab, identify which Notice you want to send. Then click on the paper plane icon. It will prompt the modal.

Read the content of the modal. If you want to edit the message, feel free to do it. BUT DO NOT REMOVE '[ONLINE LINK]'. Once again we stress it here, DO NOT REMOVE '[ONLINE LINK]'.

That is the placeholder for the link meant for the Legal Owner to click.

Then click Send.

Send Notice via Courier

Go to Document tab, then click on Download icon. It will download the Notice to your computer. You can then print and courier the Notice to the entity's Legal Owner.
