How to Create Resolution Template?

What is Resolution?

Resolution is a document that records all the decisions adopted by the Board of Directors or Shareholders.

Follow these simple steps to produce the template

1. Go to Template Maker > Resolution Maker. Click New Resolution button.

2. Enter the details requested here

   1. Resolution Name
   2. Resolution Style.
      You can upload your own resolution style.
   3. Resolution Type
   4. Pursuant to
      This will state which section in the Company Constitution that it refers to. Or simply put, "the Companies Act 2016" as generic opening line.
   5. Content
      Select content from the content list displayed. You may select more than one. Each content selected will appear on top of each other.
   6. Signed by
      Select who will need to sign this resolution.
   7. Tag (Optional)

3. Finally, click Save to create this new resolution template.

You should be able to access this resolution template in the Template Library. It can be accessed through the Generate button.
